CHT manuafcture SILCOTHERM® non-setting silicone grease or heat sink paste compounds that are designed to improve thermal transfer at the interface between the processor and heat sink. Thermally conductive greases work by removing insulating air gaps and improving heat dissipation through the use of conductive fillers, optimising the performance and extending the product life.

Do not cure
No adhesion so easy to rework
Retain their physical properties
Thermal conductivities up to 3 W/mK
Good temperature resistances up to 200ºC
Excellent dielectric properties
Low bleed
Supplied in 1kg tins
